Take Control of Your Bookings
Booking Manager is one of the most useful and important features of
QuickDrive. It lets you see at a glance how your vehicles are booked or in use,
just like a planner hanging on your wall.
- Coloured bars on the Booking Planner show you when vehicles are booked or
on hire, for how long and to whom
- Give a quotation just by selecting hire dates on the planner
- Add, change or open bookings with just a mouse click
- Automatically alerts you of double bookings
- Create special bookings to remind you when a vehicle needs servicing or
repairs
- Jump directly from a booking on the planner to the relevant rental
agreement.
